Reid Development Group’s core business is real property investment, development, and land use consulting.  We focus primarily on the development of residential and mixed-use housing communities in the greater Pacific Northwest region.

RDG’s principals and team members have significant experience in investing in and developing real property, including the resolution of complex development issues, investment management, regulatory and policy matters, and the successful and profitable disposition and sale of real estate assets.

Michael Reid

The principal owner of Reid Development Group LLC is Michael (Mike) Reid

For more than 33 years, Mr. Reid has been involved in the field of real estate investment and development. Mike has successfully acquired, developed, and sold a large number of real estate development projects in the greater Puget Sound Region, including residential subdivisions, townhomes, multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial projects.

Mr. Reid is a recognized expert in real estate investment, development, financial assessment, and land use regulations and processes of the State of Washington and the local/regional governments, municipalities, and communities in/around the Puget Sound Region.

Logan Gregg

Mr. Gregg attended the University of Washington, Foster School of Business, and received double degrees in finance and accounting.

After school, he worked in public accounting at Voldal-Wartelle & Co., where he received his certified public accountant license. Mr. Gregg also spent time in the Risk Management department at Russell Investments.

Throughout his corporate career he pursued a passion for the real estate industry purchasing and operating properties. Whether single family residential or multi-family residential, Mr. Gregg is experienced and knowledgeable in deal analysis, project acquisition, feasibility assessment, regulatory and municipal processes, site work costing, project management, and property management.
